His achievements include the development and implementation of a centralized operating model for the IT function, replacing previously fragmented systems. Additionally, he established the Corporate Portfolio Management Office, effectively managing investments exceeding £1 billion, and initiated a comprehensive Data Governance and Privacy function across thirteen diverse business units.
